Prepare a useful first message

You do not need a technical diagnosis before contacting us. Describe what you are trying to do, what happens now, and where you see the problem. A short, complete message is more useful than a tool name alone, because the device, app, and feature determine which questions need answering.

Please send the information below. If you do not know a detail, say so rather than guessing. We can identify what remains necessary during the initial review.

Copy this enquiry template

Phone model: …
System version and build: …
Target app and feature: …
What happens now: …
What I want to achieve: …
Existing location setup, if any: …
Computer access: …

If the issue involves attendance, add whether the rule uses GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a photo, or administrator approval. If it involves location sharing, state which device currently provides the shared location and whether the viewer sees an old or current timestamp.

Keep sensitive information out of your message

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment-card information, or identity-document images for a device compatibility enquiry. Remove personal account details, serial numbers, private addresses, and unrelated conversation content from screenshots.

What happens after you contact us

  1. We review the information and identify missing compatibility details.
  2. We explain the possible route, relevant requirements, and unresolved limitations.
  3. If a paid service or equipment is relevant, the scope and quote are discussed before you decide.
  4. Any agreed configuration should include a way to verify the target feature and restore ordinary location behavior.

Frequently asked questions

Scope and limitations

The initial assessment does not require signing into your account. If a later step needs you to interact with a device or account setting, you should understand that step and retain control of your credentials.

Which contact method should I use?

Choose a contact channel in the final card and use the enquiry checklist above.

Does a compatibility enquiry commit me to a purchase?

No. The initial check is free. You can review the proposed scope and decide whether to continue.

Can you guarantee a result before seeing my device details?

No. We need the actual model, software version, app, and scenario. We do not promise universal support or an undetectable configuration.
